These Terms govern your use of oravardzov.am, a classifieds and rental marketplace for cars and homes in Armenia. By creating an account, publishing an ad or requesting a rental, you agree to these Terms.
1. The marketplace
oravardzov.am connects owners with renters. oravardzov.am does not own the assets listed and is not a party to the rental agreement between an owner and a renter. We provide the marketplace, verification and booking tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years, and provide accurate identity documents. We may refuse or suspend any account that fails verification or violates these Terms.
3. Bookings & payments
Car checkout payments, applicable fees and deposits may be processed through Armenian banking partners. Home booking is a non-binding request: no card is charged by oravardzov.am, and the guest and host agree payment and arrival terms directly. Paid ad promotion is a separate service.
4. Deposits & damage
Any refundable security deposit is agreed and handled separately by the owner and renter at handover; it is not included in the current online charge. Damage, traffic fines and fuel shortfalls may be deducted only under the agreed rental terms and applicable law.
5. Location services
Live GPS and device-location services are currently unavailable, and the website and apps do not request device location permission. Owners may search for or manually place an address point for a listing; that point is shown on the public marketplace map.
6. Cancellations
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the trip starts. Later cancellations may incur a fee. Owners who cancel confirmed bookings may face penalties and reduced ranking.
7. Liability
oravardzov.am is not liable for indirect losses arising from a rental. Owners are responsible for the roadworthiness and insurance of their vehicles; renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
8. Listing content and rights
By publishing a listing, you confirm that you own the listed asset or are authorised to offer it, and that you have all rights and permissions needed for its text, photos and other content. You grant oravardzov.am a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display that content only to operate, moderate and promote the marketplace. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of oravardzov.am after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
